Main Responsibilities
- Provide support in organizing meetings, workshops, and other official events
- Provides assistance in the maintenance of financial records & budget preparation.
- Help in preparing, filing, and managing financial documents, vouchers, bills, and receipts.
- Support procurement processes including documentation, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate logistics for staff movement, office supplies, and project-related events.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, leave applications, and general HR documentation.
- Track project budget and expenses in coordination with the finance/admin team.
- Perform other related duties as required.
