Main Responsibilities

  • Provide support in organizing meetings, workshops, and other official events
  • Provides assistance in the maintenance of financial records & budget preparation.
  • Help in preparing, filing, and managing financial documents, vouchers, bills, and receipts.
  • Support procurement processes including documentation, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate logistics for staff movement, office supplies, and project-related events.
  • Maintain records of staff attendance, leave applications, and general HR documentation.
  • Track project budget and expenses in coordination with the finance/admin team.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
