Main Responsibilities
- Support the Project Director in project activities.
- Coordinate between team members and other stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting minutes, follow-up action points, and weekly progress updates.
- Writing letters to SME’s, official letters, reports, and documentation required by the project.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and service providers when needed
- Stay in touch with relevant departments, officials, and field teams via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of project work.
