Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Director in project activities.
  • Coordinate between team members and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, follow-up action points, and weekly progress updates.
  • Writing letters to SME’s, official letters, reports, and documentation required by the project.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and service providers when needed
  • Stay in touch with relevant departments, officials, and field teams via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of project work.
