Major Job Responsibilities

1. Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and tracking performance.
3. Communicate project status, progress, issues to senior management.
4. Project Manager will supervise and monitor activities with the help of monitoring officers who will regutarly monitor the stitching units in their respective regions.
5. Project Manager will serve asliaison officer between the PMU and Stitching Units.
6. Project Manager will ensure that all Codal formatities approved in PC-I are met at various stitching units in their Zones.
7. Project Manager will regularty submit monthly/quartedy progress reports to the PMU.
8. Project Manager shall make compliance to any other assignment as conveyed by Project Director or Project division.
